Comments about Qwaruba Melissa Slides - Women's:
I have always been a huge fan of Acorn slippers, but I'm officially hooked on the Qwaruba slippers.
I bought these after Christmas last year as I wanted a nice slipper, but something that I was reasonably priced.
They are comfy, warm, and have a nice sole. The sole is important for me. I work from home and my slippers really double as my "indoor" shoes. I like a sole to offer some cushion, but not too stiff.
Also, I don't know if it's recommended, but I threw them into the washing machine when they got dirty and they came out just fine.
I also appreciated that Qwaruba donates much of their profits to charity. Made me feel good about my purchase.
I have worn mine so much, that they are beginning to wear through on the insides. I love them!

Comments about Qwaruba Melissa Slides - Women's:
I splurged several years ago and bought myself a pair of these at REI . . they are my favorite house shoes . . . even during warm Northern Calif. days. I will probably buy another pair soon although the only problem with the old ones is that the soft wool fleece innersole is matted down. You can hand-wash these and they look new again. Incredibly comfortable and somehow both cushy and supportive of my fallen arches and aching feet.

I would never be without these slippers. I always make room for them in my travel bag. They are the most comfortable, warm, and durable slippers I've ever worn. Makes them well worth the price!!!

Comments about Qwaruba Melissa Slides - Women's:
I had tried several of the well-known, pricier Australian brands in this style of slipper, but found them too tight across the instep. When I tested these Qwaruba's at REI, I knew I had found my ideal pair. (And I was able to use my 20% coupon to make it an even better deal!)
They are snug enough to stay on my foot while walking and climbing stairs yet not constricting at all. The super-soft sheepskin is awesome - warm, but not hot. And the sole is flexible (not squishy!) and comfortably supportive for our cold tile floors. The treads also are nice in case I need to run outside to get the mail or the paper. Highly recommended.
