The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Voile Split Decision Kit:
This is the best system you can buy, partially because it is pretty much the only system you can buy. Others have tried, but no-one can come up with anything better.
Since the previous review, they have replaced some of the hardware with better t nuts, and i can't imagine how it can get better until there is the next big idea.
I wish they could make it lighter, but for now this is a great system.

Comments about Voile Split Decision Kit:
For the price, this is a pretty terrible product. The components are pretty low quality, and turning the board into a usable piece of equipment takes a lot more hardware and tools than the kit provides. The thing is, Voile knows that it's a terrible product, but they don't care, because they own the patent on the only available split kit. But take heart, because it is possible to make it work. The instructions on screwing down the plates you use to ride down the mountain need updating; if you just sink the screws straight into the wood, without going through the bottom of the board, they will lift right off the board when you're ready to ride down. (I am not the only person this has happened to.) You have to go to the hardware store and get more T-nuts and new screws, countersink the nuts into the bottom of the board, and put the screws through them so that they stay put. Also, I advise buying different screws than the ones provided in the kit, because they strip out really easily when you tighten them. If the new screws are too long and protrude from the bottom of the board, you can use an angle grinder to level them off.
I am recommending this product only because it is almost the only one available, and it can be made to work with a little effort.
Good luck.

Comments about Voile Split Decision Kit:
I used the split decision kit on a 300 mile trek this last summer! usually most gear can't compete with this much abuse, these binding performed beautifully! they're not even trashed and i'd feel good putting them another 300 miles!
