Comments about Patagonia Active Hipster Briefs - Women's:
I like the fit, and I find these quite light and comfortable, but I snagged a hole in one pair before I even hit the trail. I know cotton supposedly kills, but cotton is also the best thing to wear on your privates. The evidence? These smell a whole lot worse after a few days than cotton does.

In search of good running panties, these are close but not quite perfect. They ride a bit higher on the hips than you'd expect from a "hipster". The waist is super soft and feels great, the leg elastic is a bit thicker than I'd like.

I live in this underwear - I literally own fifteen pairs. Perfect for all sports where you don't need to be in a bathing suit (although they will definitely work as a bathing suit bottom in a pinch, they are not swimwear). They are lightweight, low-cut enough for moderately low-cut jeans, durable, quick-drying, non-chafing, versatile. My only complaints: 1) [...] (come back to the USA, patagonia factories! And could these be made of recycled soda bottles?) and 2) the light colors stain easily. I would love to see some of the light colors made with a dark insert inside to increase their versatility. Once you wear these, you may never go back to normal underwear.

These are perfect for working out and running - they don't move or ride up. They are a little pricey but worth it. I stock up went they go on sale or if a new color comes out. The hipster version rides low and the brief version rides just a little higher but not too high (I have both and like them both). I would not recommend wearing them with casual wear, but they are okay with jeans.

These are the best underwear for being active. Period. I have had several pairs over the years and the first ones I bought are still in excellent shape. I originally bought them for a month-long trip to Nepal and have been addicted ever since. They are perfect. In a pinch, they (along with matching bras) can even be used as a swimsuit.

I wear these panties when running and they are great. They don't ride up at all. I also like that they are so lightweight. I forget I have them on when exercising. The hipster is low enough to wear with low rise jeans, and that is also another nice feature. They wick well, and the fit perfectly. I will definitely be buying more. I wish there were more colors.

These are my favorite underwear and I wear them as often as they are clean. They are comfortable, stay in place, and dry quickly. They are the best underwear that I have ever worn and plan to buy more.

These are by far the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn! They don't ride up, they fit comfortably at hip level, they are great for everyday wear, but also for exercising. The only minor complaint I have is they are not quick drying when washed, however, they are wicking when worn!

This is amazing underwear!! Performs really well, fit is awesome, and they are super comfortable! I own 3 pairs of these and they are all I wear. They dry fairly fast, so I just hand wash them daily and by the next morning, they are dry. I took 2 pairs on a road trip from Colorado to Oregon this summer and it was really easy to just hand wash them and let them dry (usually they were draped over something in my trunk and dried super fast). They don't ride up and they are very flattering. I was used to underwear hugging my hips at the wrong spot, creating a "muffin top" but there is NONE of that with these! They also perform really well when hiking and backpacking. I hope Patagonia never stops making these...they really are perfect!
