Comments about Patagonia Active Briefs - Men's:
These briefs are cut too small, too close to the crotch. They are almost a jock-strap. No matter how large the size; the leg holes of these briefs are going to be 2-inches closer to the crotch than the Jockey-brand. I put on a pair of Jockey and put these on over the top of the Jockey. The leg seams of these bunch up into the crotch, giving you a rash. A complete waste of [$]. I am throwing them out.

Comments about Patagonia Active Briefs - Men's:
If current briefs are the same as the 2007 briefs they start getting holes/runs in the fabric within a few months. I bought two pair and they both started getting holes in them. I really like them and I sent the two pair back to Patagonia and they did replace them. I have older versions of Patagonia briefs and they do not do this, they wear like iron. I am hoping Patagonia changes their fabric back to the old fabric.

Comments about Patagonia Active Briefs - Men's:
About a year ago I had had enough and decided to get cotton out of my life. When I'm walking around during the day I like the support of a brief. So I tried several brands and styles. These are by far my least favorite. The fabric is rougher then any others and if you sit down for a bit it ends up feeling itchy. Also the leg holes are small and tight. In practice I only end up grabbing these when they are the last pair in the drawer. Would recommend the ex-officio or REI MTS instead.
Other then that they breath very well and dry quickly.

Comments about Patagonia Active Briefs - Men's:
Like others have noted, the leg holes are way too tight. They feel extrememly uncomfortable after a few minutes of wear.
