Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
I would wear this underwear everyday if I could afford enough pairs. They are comfortable. They fit nice and don't bunch. They keep me cool and dry. They pack small, are leightweight and dry fast on the trail yet they don't compromise any comfort for everyday wear. The perfect pair of underwear!

I wish that the inseam was just a hair bit longer, but it's really just a preference, not a complaint.

Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
These are amazing in every way, they breathe more than wick, they feel like they disappear against the skin. Especially good for travel, they wash and dry easily.

Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
They are scratchy. Go with the Ex-officios, they are cheaper and much softer. The underarmor do a better job at wicking away moisture. You are paying for nothing other than the name on these.
This is a polyester mesh, not a fabric.
I don't believe what is pictured is the product, because if it was, you could see the mans junk.

Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
I have three pairs of these, primarily used for athletics/outdoors. They are definitely better than cotton, but under-perform for the price.Pros:They breathe and wick exceptionally well, and do a moderate job of cutting odor. They're also lightweight and provide good support.Cons: The biggest con is the material is not durable; one pair already has a dime-sized hole. They also tend to ride up, especially in the back.At $[$]a piece, I expected more.

Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
Yes, [$] is ridiculous to pay for underwear. But so are chaffed inner thighs which can ruin the most epic adventures. If you have to, find some soda cans to return and buy a pair. If you can only afford one dont worry, it will be dry by morning after a quick wash in the pond.

Positives: Breathe well, very comfortable, look good.
Negatives: Don't do a good enough job with odors.
Overall, these are a great pair of boxer-briefs. I like the fact that they are a little shorter than others. They are especially good for hot climate.
I am a disapointed with the odor control, as my other synthetic and even cotton boxers do a better job.
The material is very thin and is kind of a mesh, but I've had 2 pairs for a year and there are no durability issues thus far.

These underwear were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there were holes worn into the crotch in a matter of months. Therefore, I would avoid these. Though, REI did accept them when I returned them for premature wear.

Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
Bought two of these because the REI brand stretch mesh boxer briefs were awful (not the stretch mesh BOXERS, those are still brilliant). First thing you notice about the Patagonias is the way in which the seam rides up. Sorry, if I wanted a thong, I'd a bought a thong. Second, of the two pair, one wore out in the crotch after less than three months (seems the seams in jeans are too much to take). Last, the surviving pair have taken to not staying put on my legs meaning that in a short stroll recently, they bunched up and then began the chafing. Pass on these, move over to the REI Stretch Mesh Boxers (again, NOT the Boxer Briefs) you will get better coverage and support with no thong-seam. I've got several pair that are over two years old and still hold up to daily wear.

Comments about Patagonia Active Boxer Briefs - Men's:
The product is a very fine mesh. Not like swimwear, much finer. It is hard to tell they are like this until you touch the fabric and feel how light they are.
At first glance they don't seem to do much, but after I have done approximately 20 miles of running in them I can attest they do work wonders. No sore inner thighs, no chafing, very little moisture. This is a big deal since I live in the high humidity, high temperatures of the deep south.
