      This shirt not only works well for working out at the gym or as a base layer under your active where but I also like to use them as under shirts for my suits. The shirts are so light weight you don't get hot and they keep you dry on hot days.

      These shirts are great because they pack small, are leightweight and they dry fast. They are easily washed and dried on the trail. They fit nice and keep me cool and dry in 90+ degree weather on the trail while carrying a 40lb pack. I also use them when playing with the dogs, light hiking with my wife, and recreational kayaking. The only cons are that they will get melt holes in them if a spark lands on them from the campfire and they are fairly expensive. I've used these shirts for about 5 years and will continue to wear them often.
