    Comments about Slime Lite Presta Tube - 26 x 1.7 - 2.12:

    I thought these tubes would be the next best thing after kevlar against flats. Maybe, with kevlar tires I don't think they get much of a chance.

    Their biggest downfall is that they... just... won't... hold any pressure more than 1 or 2 days. If you use these in road tires for your hybrid or mountain bike, get an air compressor too. Especially if you like to put just that little extra pressure in your tire for less rolling resistance.

    Expect some green discharge from the valve when you fill it up as well.

    I ride very thorny trails that usually results in slow leak flats after almost every ride. After getting these, no more flats and leaks. I put them on my other bikes as well, and the same, no flats or leaks. Also, between 6 tubes (3 bikes), none have lost any air while monitoring them for a over a month. The only con is that they are a lil heavier than standard tubes but not by much.
