      I ride a Harley-Davison motorcycle even during the winter months. I don't have a lot of body fat and get the chills easy. These fit well under my jeans and chaps. The tights feel great and add warmth while riding 60 plus mph. Even around the house during the cold nights these tights are comfy.

        I use these tights for biking, snowboarding, fishing, any time I need to stay warm. They are very comfortable and breathable. It doesn't seem to matter if they get wet. They stay warm. I often use them on my bike rides when the weather gets near freezing and my legs have never been cold. I also use them under a shell when it is really cold and snowing. They are also great underneath breathable waders when you are fishing. This is a great product.

                  The only complaint I have so far is the color black.It would make more sense to have grey which would make them more usable in the summer when the suns out. I do not wear black of any kind in the summer because you will bake. Count me in for more if they get some grey ones.

                  I always take these tights skiing or hiking, they are the most versatile item of clothing that I own. They are warm enough that I can go skiing with them and use a lighter weight top under my goretex jacket. Also, when it gets really cold in my apt (which has no heater) I just throw these on and am able to sleep warmly. They are a little on the long side, but I'm 5'9 and they only slightly bunch at the ankles, which can be cured by hiking them up.
