Comments about Mountain House Organic Fruit Snack:
I have tried several of the organic fruit snacks by Mountain House. I must say that the Strawberries are my favorite. They are very flavorful. They provide a quick and healthy snack while you are out on the trail.
If you are going to try one, try the Strawberry it is the best. The others are very good too. Keep in mind that these snacks are in little chunks. One of the previous reviewers did not realize this.
I give this 2 thumbs up!

Comments about Mountain House Organic Fruit Snack:
This isn't filling on it's own but it tastes great. You can easily add this to oatmeal or other cereal for breakfast.

Comments about Mountain House Organic Fruit Snack:
We took the strawberry snack on a 7 day backpack trip. Unfortunately we didn't eat them until about day 5, when the small chunks had begun to disintegrate into dust. The flavor was great; nice and tart and tasted very much like strawberries, but the texture was much like styrofoam, and flaked into dust after being crunched around in a pack for a number of days.

Comments about Mountain House Organic Fruit Snack:
The bananas tasted great. Texture was that of Styrofoam. Was good for nutrition.

Comments about Mountain House Organic Fruit Snack:
BANANA
1) The packaging is quite misleading. These are not slices of banana. Rather, these are pencil eraser size tiny cubes of banana.
2) They taste like unripe bananas (i.e., green).
3) Probably fine mixed in with cereal or something else. Not very good as a snack by itself.

Comments about Mountain House Organic Fruit Snack:
I have tried the mango and strawberry packs and they were both great. The taste is amazing. The only thing I dislike about the item is the bag it comes in. It is resealable, but the bag easily opens up. Just store them in a ziplock bag or two and you will be fine.
