It's a paper filter that stores uncovered in the side of the container and would probably be too dirty to use by the time you needed it. It should have been made as a filter housing with a replaceable $5-$15 filter element. The idea is good, the product is cheesy. Can't wait to return it.

by JB27fromDisappointing LifeGuard ContainerI don't recommend this product because I don't think it's worth the cost of purchasing it. I don't like the fact that the filter is wedged to the side of the container. It looks cool, but if you are not careful the filter falls off and it could get very dirty. I also don't like the idea of the filter being exposed to the elements when it is not in use.
