The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Mammut Galaxy Duodess Superdry 10mm x 60m Dry Rope:
This rope is great. The bi-pattern completely eliminates any question as to where the mid-point is which is particularly important as the rope gets dirty over time. It stays dry and is fairly abrasion resistant. The only problem I have with it is it pig tails easily when lowering someone. Otherwise great rope and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Comments about Mammut Galaxy Duodess Superdry 10mm x 60m Dry Rope:
This is a great rope. Ideal thickness for all around climbing, stretchy, even has a great texture and feel when beleying. The fact that is a dry rope helps to keep the dust out as well as water. By pattern comes in handy (like when setting up a repel). I love it. My only possible complaint is the slickness of the sheath makes it a bit more difficult to use with a gri gri.

Comments about Mammut Galaxy Duodess Superdry 10mm x 60m Dry Rope:
Purchased this rope in May, for sport climbing in Boulder Canyon. It's now October and there's significant fraying in several places. We climb maybe once a week, so I'd guess about 16-20 days so far, but switch back and forth with another rope, a BlueWater rope, that's two years older and shows none of the same wear. I'm actually going to have to retire this rope in one season, and I've never had to do that before. Haven't climbed any harder or sharper (generally rap down, and always keep an eye on sharp edges). I babied this rope, but it didn't help. No more Mammut ropes for me. I recommend you look elsewhere!

Comments about Mammut Galaxy Duodess Superdry 10mm x 60m Dry Rope:
This is a great rope. I have been using it for 1 season, and it has felt great and seems pretty durable. I took a pendulum fall and the rope slid over some pretty sharp edges (bad anchor position on my part) and it frayed a little bit in a couple spots, but really didn't sustain much damage at all.

Comments about Mammut Galaxy Duodess Superdry 10mm x 60m Dry Rope:
I was disappointed with this rope. I would only use this as repeated TR rope only...and maybe not even that. It is very very heavy, has a lot of stretch, and so stiff I can barely get it into a standard belay device.
