Comments about Seattle Sports Hydrostar Pulse Light:

Unit came with a kayak safety kit. Worked at first then with several months of shelf life, the batteries leaked, wires around the circuitry came off (looks like they melted off) and the unit no-longer works with fresh batteries. I can only assume this is a defective unit but I do not plan to replace it with the same brand.
