      This unit is simply too small to be of any real use. It takes a staggering number of strokes to get a road tire inflated to 60psi. I've never had the patience to try and reach the 90psi mark.

      So, I am resigned to taking a presta valve adapter with me and inflating to the proper pressure as soon as I find a gas station. Kind of annoying.

      Bought this to use as an emergency back-up pump. It is small and discreet. And it blends nicely with my carbon frame (tucks in neatly behind water bottle cage). As others have said, it takes an extensive number of stokes to achieve adequate air pressure, which is why I still carry CO2 (you are crazy if you are planning to use this as your primary pump). But it is comforting to know that I have this in case the CO2 malfunctions or I experience multiple flats.

      Yes, it is small and it takes many strokes to pump the tire and it might not be easy to do it. But this is not meant to be your primary pump - get a high-power floor pump for daily use. As a very light pump for emergency situations on the road, it is a solid performer. I have had it for 2 years now and had no problems with it. Have been able to go to 100psi.
      Don't forget, to pump your tires properly at home (100+ PSI for road, depending on weight) to prevent flats in the first place.

        I forget its there light and small. I carry CO2 also. I don't like pumping a whole tube with it. I think the price went up since I bought it?
