The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about REI Camp Dome 2 Footprint:
I picked this up when I first got my tent. After a season of camping I have found this footprint to be very lightweight and easy to set up. But it does not line up witht he tent garments. One corner sticks out like half a foot farther. I do not know if it is suppose to do this or if it is wrong.

Comments about REI Camp Dome 2 Footprint:
There isn't much to review about a footprint, but for me there are 3 important factors:
1. It's an inexpensive level of protection for my tent. It will prolong the life of the tent and shield the most important part of the tent... the tub floor.
2. When I take down and put my tent away, the footprint is what is filthy and wet, not the tent.
3. It packs light, adding an insignificant amount of weight to the Camp Dome 2 stuff sack.

Comments about REI Camp Dome 2 Footprint:
This is an outstanding product, purchased this at the same time as my Camp Dome 2, to which it fits perfectly, and have used it unfailingly with the tent with no moisture reaching the tent from the ground.
Unlike a normal tarp, this material is not quite so slick, which keeps things where they should be should you find yourself on not so perfectly level ground.
Some claim this footprint is not perfect because it does not come with pegs, however if used properly, by placing the grommets on each corner into the ends of the tent poles as well, a person will come to realize that this item is designed with elegant simplicity in mind, having no need for tent pegs.

Comments about REI Camp Dome 2 Footprint:
This rei footprint worked great on my Alaska motorcycle trip. Even after all night in the rain it helped keep my tent and bag dry. Its easy to shake off water and dirt that collects on the bottom. Folds small and is light and compact. I'm buying a second one to place in front of the tent opening to keep my equipment clean and dry when setting up and breaking down camp.

Comments about REI Camp Dome 2 Footprint:
I bought this footprint to use with my Camp Dome 2. It works as promised and expected. A piece of plain blue tarp would work, too, but be heavier, although weight isn't much of an issue car camping. I give it four stars instead of five because it doesn't come with stakes, but that's not much of a knock.
