Electra Hawaii 3. It's all about the fun. About riding the boardwalk in light summer clothes, with flip flops on your feet and a smile on your face.

Red frame and fenders with Hawaii flower decals and flower-embroidered spring seat set the spirit for the Hawaii 3—feminine and fun all the way
White sidewall tires bring home the festive look; they're wide, to provide stability at unhurried speeds
High-tensile steel frame has natural, built-in flex, so a fun-loving woman needn't worry over little bumps in the road
Step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting saddle quick and easy, and reduces fear of sudden stops
Innovative geometry places pedals fore of the seatpost, which creates a low center of gravity and positions rider in an upright, balanced position

One size fits most

Fitting an Electra bike is easy. Start by setting the saddle to its lowest position and then stand over it with both feet flat on the ground. Next, simply raise the saddle until it rests in the crotch. Tighten it in place, and that's it—you're done! After an initial break-in period you might notice your bicycle performing less responsively than the day you brought it home. Not to worry, this is typical of all new bicycles and simply reflects that cables have stretched or their housings have seated themselves into final position. To keep running at peak performance, all REI bicycles come with a FREE warranty tune-up, which should be accomplished between the first 100-200 miles of riding or after the first two months if you're accumulating miles less quickly. With the price of gas, I decided to start riding my bike to work. I have a 2 mile commute and my bike gets me there in comfort and style! I have other bikes (mountain and road) but this one is definitely my favorite. It goes really fast too!

I actually purchased the Hawaii Custom 3 in Purple with Lime Green rims and I love my bike. I live 5 miles from work and have commuted on it since February. Now that we are heading into summer here in AZ, I just get up to ride for an hour before it gets too hot. I love this bike! It's helped me rediscover the joy of fitness and healthy living.

This bike was a gift from my kids and I love it. I ride it most days weather permitting and my dog runs along side with her matching leash. I have red saddle bags to carry her toys etc to the lake. We are never happier than on this bike!! I feel like a kid again and totally free. It is such a pleasure to ride! I keep telling the kids I want to bring it in the house in the winter so I can look at it!! LOVE THIS BIKE!

I enjoy this bike so much cruising around on the trails and the flat parts of the city together with my little schnauzer in his doggyride mini bike trailer. So much fun...a cute bike and a cute trailer.
