Comments about Evernew Slick Non-Stick Titanium Pot - 1.3 Liter:
I've used this pot as both group and solo meal preparation ever since it came out. As a lightweight backpacker this pot has been great. Thus far it has easily made a hundred meals and the pot itself still looks perfectly new. I have used this pot with iso-butane canister stoves, propane bench units when car camping with large groups and even alcohol and solid fuel (esbit) stoves. It's handled all well and the normal soot that comes from burning esbit readily wiped off better than any other pot I've tried that with. The silicon grips on this pot are a major selling point. Even with a hot rolling boil you can easily lift the pot or open the lid without a pot holder. These really do work, and work well. The only caveat with them is to make sure your stove flames don't get too close to the grips or they will melt a little. The non-stick surface has been great. I've been dilegent about never using metal cutlery to avoid scratching the finish and it's really paid off. This is one of the very few titanium pots with a non-stick finish so if you ever do more than boil water you should seriously consider this pot. Unlike many pots you can actually boil your water and pour it without removing the lid thanks to the well designed indention. The lid fits perfectly so unless you tilt the angle drastically it will stay in place while you pour, even the last couple drops. It's wide base offers a very stable platform as well as offering good thermal efficency. Ideally a pot should be wider than it is tall, which is a principal many pot makers are forgoing with the trend being taller pots for easier packing, but sacrificing fuel efficency. The only downside I've run into thus far is the silicon grip on the side of the pot has scorched a bit from a flaring alcohol stove. Other than that, you can't tell it's not new. While probably too pricey for the average car camper, for any backpacker or lightweight hiker who occasionally needs more than .9 liters for melting snow or group cooking this pot offers group cooking capacity and is still light enough for solo use. Basically, if you are reading this you should buy this pot, or at least one of the sizes in the Evernew line. They really are worth it.

This pot is grat for backpacking. It's as light as a feather. Not very compact, but I have found that it can stor other camping essentials while in your pack to save room. It is pretty pricy, but you get what you pay for.

Comments about Evernew Slick Non-Stick Titanium Pot - 1.3 Liter:
This pot is a great size for two people meals and so much lighter than my aluminum pots. The nonstick surface is easily scratched (mine was actually scratched when I received it) but makes clean-up a breeze. As long as you keep the stove at a reasonable level, you can cook in it without burning your food.

Comments about Evernew Slick Non-Stick Titanium Pot - 1.3 Liter:
Great pot for backpacking. Only downside is that I wish I hadn't got the non-stick version. The finish scratches (no matter how cautious you are!) and then attracts crud which is difficult to clean (relatively) so now what have we gained? Why bother if all you are doing is boiling H2O? The finish also weighs and costs a bit more. I wish they had a 2L pot without getting the kit.

Comments about Evernew Slick Non-Stick Titanium Pot - 1.3 Liter:
An almost perfect light pot. But, think twice about getting the non-stick version. You'll probably be mostly boiling water in this, not cooking, as the thin walls mean that you can burn food in it. If all you're doing is boiling water, you can skip the coating and save almost 2 oz and some $. If you're a backcountry gourmet, you may be better off carrying a thicker aluminum pot for better heat dispersion and transfer at the expense of extra weight.

Comments about Evernew Slick Non-Stick Titanium Pot - 1.3 Liter:
Other than weight & strength, the two best points for this pot are it boils enough water for two 1-person freeze dry meals or 1 meal + 1 drink and a WhisperLite Internationale stove nests inside the pot (gotta play with it to find the right position) making for a small and light kitchen kit.

This is a perfect size for two people.
The non-stick surface scratches easily.
I wish the lid was a frying pan.
