      Day before I was to walk a half marathon, i stupidly wore brand new sandals which rubbed a spot raw on top of my feet (both of them). I put these on and had zero problems with the half marathon! They stayed on through the pouring rain during which my feet slid back and forth in my shoes. they even stayed on through sweat and showers for several days!

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        On a ten day thru hike in September these blister pads saved me alot of grief. They stuck tenaciously to the skin. The pain went away the same day I started using. Three days later the blister was healed enough that the pad was unnecessary.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
