Superfeet® insoles align and control the motion of your feet, providing balance, support and shock absorption for hiking and other active sports.

  • Low-volume insoles take up less volume so are ideal for close-fitting shoes or wide feet--can be worn in shoes with removable or non-removable insoles
  • Full-length, high-density closed-cell foam cushions while 3/4-length polypropylene heel caps stabilize feet inside your boots, cleats or dress shoes
  • Deep heel pockets, rockered bottoms and soft edges allow for natural softness and shock-absorption
  • Not recommended for use with Gore-Tex® footwear (use the Superfeet Green Premium Insoles for Gore-Tex footwear)

    A friend recommended these for relieving plantar fasciitis. I had pain in the heel of one foot and the ball of the other. I wore the black "low volume" Superfeet in my work shoes every day for six months, and the pain was significantly improved. Good for work, but for walking & skiing I prefer the green ones that are a bit thicker.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      This is my favorite of the Superfeet models. I know they tout the Deluxe Green model, but it is simply too thick for me. This model allows you to keep the boot fit the same while providing all of the advantages that Superfeet insoles provide. It has improved the comfort of my feet while wearing my hiking boots over extended trips and doesn't slip or change the positioning of your foot a boot like many thicker models do.
