      I purchased this shirt for a 6 day trip to the BWCA and was not disappointed. Its warm in the cold mornings, drys fast and breathable enough to wear in the mid day heat. I found it to be very comfortable and durable. The only negative is the price.

        This midweight baselayer is perfect for cool/ cold weather conditions. I wore this shirt for two weeks in Alaska this past summer, and it worked great. The shirt was only washed once, and probably worn 12x, and it never started to smell.

          I would highly recommend this shirt. It is smooth as silk and very breathable. Smartwool did a great job at a very competitive price. It is superior to similar shirts from other manufacturers at a cheaper price.
