Durable mid-weight nylon packcloth is polyurethane coated for total water-resistance
Strong bungee-powered rim grip system secures skirt firmly to cockpit coaming
Front webbing grab loop with comfort handle assists with entry and fast wet exits

With this skirt you have two options: 1) Have the skirt so loose on the boat that it leaks; or 2) Tighten it down and spend a LOT of effort to try get the skirt around the coaming each time you get in the boat. I recently used a Snap Dragon skirt which worked MUCH better, and actually is watertight.

I love this skirt it's very easy to get on and off and easy to attach to combing of kayak. I use it on my Wilderness 145 and it stays attached with no problem under high waves and rolling. It is very warm in mild cold weather, have not tried it in extreme weather yet. I have took it out in warm day around 70 to 80 and its fine about 85 I peel the front back if I get to warm. And the best thing is no water puddle
