Comments about Sci Con Bike Defender:
This bike bra is terrific. It stretches right over a large road bike without having to remove the front wheel, prior to mounting on a bike rack -- there is sufficient clearance above the front wheel to be able roll the bike in and out of the garage. I believe it is the only one of its kind out there to offer this functionality. Also, nice elastics in place to attach the lower front of the bra to the front forks. Works like a charm on a big bike atop a Thule rack. That said, not sure how waterproof it is, so likely good idea to combine with a waterproof seat cover (or plastic shopping bag) to ensure a dry saddle. Not cheap, but extremely good value and extremely functional. It stops bugs aplenty, too.

Comments about Sci Con Bike Defender:
I couldn't find a similar product made for a large mountain bike, so I took a chance on this one. It fits my Stumpjumper 29'er pretty well. The fork protection could be a little better, but it seems pretty good for the price. Its very strechy and covers all of the shifters and brake handles, and covers the saddle as well. Does not protect against rain, but its not a total cover anyway.
