This sturdy spray skirt keeps waves and deluge out of kayak's cockpit and helps insulate on cold days by trapping heat inside.

  • Made from tough polyester fabric with a heavy polyurethane coating and welded seams for complete water protection and durability
  • Bungee-powered rim grip system allows a snug fit to kayak coaming
  • Adjustable, elastic suspender straps keep skirt properly tensioned to deflect water; side-release buckles quickly unsnap for easy entry or exit
  • Brightly-colored webbing grab loop with comfort handle assists with skirt installation and fast exits
  • Elastic drawcord with cordlock at top of tunnel secures skirt around torso for a good seal
  • Reflective accent enhances visibility in low-light conditions
  • Convenient mesh deck pocket with zipper security keeps small accessories close-at-hand

    Comments about Advanced Elements Spray Skirt:

    I've only had occasion to use this spray skirt a couple of times, but it worked well each time. I tend to prefer to have a little more ventilation for my lower body while I'm paddling, since I rarely get the chance to paddle in cold weather (I live in the southwest, what can I say?)

    I like the pocket on the front. Very handy for holding a chapstick, snack, etc.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    This is a great option for the advanced frame kayak. It has a nice fit on the kayak if the combing is inflated properly. Have used it several times in MI in the fall and it works well to keep the paddler warm in colder weather.
