Comments about North Water Expedition Deck Bag:

In this deck bag I stash my water bottle, maps, glasses, shoes, extra shirt, GPS and just about anything that i need quick access. The bag is very sturdy, resists water, breaking waves, and can be firmly attached to the boat. I'm not so sure that it is waterproof as the zipper is not completely sealed. So anything that is water-sensitive, like my car keys, I just throw it in a smaller water proof bag, keeping it tethered to the deck bag. The capacity advantage of this bag also leads to its one disadvantage in my mind, the size of the bag on the bow is somewhat distracting at times but I guess you cannot have the best of both worlds!

Comments about North Water Expedition Deck Bag:

I've been paddling for 15 yrs and I've tried 3 different deck bags...this is by far the best !!
It attaches easy and it holds everything. A mesh zipper pocket, cords on the top and attachment straps on both sides. The only down side is that it is NOT waterproof. But...I just line it with a heavy weight plastic compactor bag and then it is.
