The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Seattle Sports Navigator Roll Duffel - Small:
I bought this for motorcycling and kayaking. But the roll top fails to stay closed. The reason is simple. The roll type closure is a form factor found on many water resistant bags including many of my own. But take a look at those other bags in the photos, the top is rolled down 3 or more times, then the two ends are brought together and joined end to end with a side lock buckle, forming a loop which stretches and tightens the 3 roll closure. This bag does not join the two ends of the roll together, thus the middle part stays loose, is not tensioned, and can unroll easily even as the ends stay twisted. Two solutions, allow the buckles to join each other, or use a zipper instead. This design flaw is a real shame because otherwise the bag is sturdy and well designed.

Comments about Seattle Sports Navigator Roll Duffel - Small:
I got this bag specifically to go on the back of my bike rack for touring. This is the perfect size for my Pashley Moulton TSR and for the price (where else can you get 40 L waterproof carrying capacity for less than $100?) it's a steal.
I was really impressed with the features on the duffel. Specifically I liked the roll top with buckles (much more useful than the north face bags with zips) and the compression straps. It really helps pack down my load for traveling.
It does not have any extra pockets. Which is fine by me. The shoulder strap could be a little more comfortable but I don't plan on carrying this bad any long distances.
The material seems thinner than Orlieb so we'll have to see how it holds up over time.
