After 3 tries, the lenses finally fit (more or less). [...] I just got the new pair. They actually fit into the frames.

Service and delivery comments:

Customer service was awesome and super helpful. I had bought the original pair of lenses using a 20% off coupon. I tried replacing the first pair when they didn't fit, then returned the second set of lenses completely. When I went to order the lenses again after customer service had gone through all of them to make sure they fit, they still gave me the 20% off discount. It was probably a month or two after the original order.

My original lenses are scratched, not from being dropped or mistreated, but from normal cleaning with the supplied cloth. My wife bought me replacement lens for Christmas, and the are much bigger than the frames. There is no way they will fit. I love the fit and feel of the glasses, but the lenses leave much to be desired.

I ordered brown polarized replacement lenses and was shocked when one of the replacements didn't fit into the frame. The lenses were clearly mis-cut in the factory. Now I have to return them and decide whether to try REI's stock again. I'm concerned all the replacement lenses were mis-cut.

Those of you having issues with the Silencer frames, this is probably because Native has changed the frames for the Silencer. If you look at Native's website under lens kits for the Silencer, it asks you to call a number so that you can make sure you get the correct lenses. If you have the old frames, you probably won't find the right lenses anywhere else. If you have the new frames, REI should be carrying them for you. This is not the fault of REI, and there is no reason to speak ill of them or the company's "cut" of the lenses because you are probably looking for a discontinued lens. Just check the website for the older ones.
