Comments about NRS Grizzly John Wetsuit:
I hate cold water! On my first kayak lesson I rented this suit and, during the resuce portion of the lesson, found it to be extremely comfortable. It was the first time I had ever worn a wetsuit so I didn't know what to expect. This is like a second skin and I forgot about wearing it about 10 min. into a 4 hr. lesson, but it certaily kept me "warm" vs the cold bay when in the water.
I purchased this suit before going white-water rafting and realized that it was one of the best investments I have made. It kept me from leg sunburn, I had total arm mobility and inbetween runs could pop the shoulders to relax and stay cool when out of the water. I could also unzip the legs and turn them up to get more air circulation, too. I was never hot in this suit when in or out of the water.
If there was one thing I would wish NRS could do, it would be to make it for women. I find it a little tight in the chest (I'm a full-figured gal), but not restrictive. Not all water people are 20-something model types! We need gear, too.
If you are looking for something easy to put on, versitile, ease of movement and amazingly EASY to get out of (ladies, don't forget to wear a bathing suit underneath, lol), this is it. You will not be disappointed.
