          Comments about Therm-a-Rest Neck Pillow:

          I fly weekly, usually international. I'm a huge REI fan however this travel pillow is too thick on the back of the neck. It pushes your neck so far forward your head falls forward instead of side to side - both of which you want to avoid. It needs less diameter behind the neck and more to hold your chin/head in place. Since it's inflated, it's hard. You have to fully inflate to attempt to get even a little of support on the sides because it forces your neck forward. Let some air out to make it more comfortable and it's even worse. I still have not found the perfect travel pillow but this is definitly not one that I would recommend.

            I have had several travel pillows and this by far is the best! This past year I flew a lot. One month over 20,000 miles.. My neck was killing me flying from coast to coast. I was tired of a heavy travel pillows, that was one more thing to lug around.. this one is great because of it size and it's compact size .. If your familiar with Them-a-rest products you know that they make great products.. this is one will not disappoint! if it does you can always return it! WORTH every penny and and essential travel accessory that takes up very little space and will last for a long time! I would also recommend the lower back pillow.. traveling with these two items makes flying coach feel like first class!!! no more sore back or neck! My wife keeps borrowing mine so I'm getting her one for christmas

            We have had our Therm-a-rest neck pillows since 2006. Both myself and my wife have used them while driving cross country, flying, and most recently on Amtrak. They serve our needs just fine, being adjustable to the various conditions that we have encountered while traveling by car, train, and plane.
