This handy set includes a mixing/serving bowl, serving plate, and four cups, bowls and plates—all nested together in a compact package.

    A bit heavy for hiking, but great on the river. The set holds plates OR bowls and cups for 8. We opt for the bowl and cup and leave the plates behind. We bring covers and large bowls (outside elements of nesting set as one unit in both mesh bags. Visualize two complete sets, minus plates in one package. The serving pieces are great for the large group and they make great dish basins. We actually reduced out weight and volume with this arrangement. Remember, only bring what you need from the set.

      I have had this product for over a year now and I use it just about as much as I use my kitchen silverware. It is extremely durable, relatively easy to clean and goes through the dishwasher very well when I get home. I have used this casually on picnics, car camping, overnight trips, and longer backpacking trips... and it works well for all of them. The bowl weighs 4.3 oz and the cup weighs 2.4oz making it a really lite weight solution instead of spending a bunch of money for a separate titanium bowl. I also want to mention that 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 cups, and 4 sets of silverware (not included) all can easily fit into the mixing bowl making it great for family trips. If I had any really complaint about them is that since everything is clear it can make it difficult to clean depending on what you had for dinner. I would highly recommend to the price consensus shopper that does lots of different outdoor activities. Great deal for the price.
