Comments about Granite Gear Air Space Stuff Sack - 8 x 13:
Granite Gear's Air Space stuff sacks are quite simply the best I've ever come across, and they've become my first and only choice for packing just about any kind of gear, with the only exception being water travel or activity where a dry bag is necessary.
Easy-opening and closing welded zippers, thin and light but tough fabric make this a bag that contains but because of its incredible lightness, doesn't itself take up much space, or, just as importantly, weight.
An absolute home run.

Comments about Granite Gear Air Space Stuff Sack - 8 x 13:
These things are incredible. I have various sizes and use them separately as my kitchen kit(XS), bathroom kit (XXS), misc. kit (XS), clothes bag (Med) and food bag (Small). What makes them so good? Laying flat and opening lengthwise. They fill like cubes so there is no wasted space in them or in my pack. Useful for every type of backpacker, even gram counters. If these things were waterproof they would be perfection! To be succinct just read this review title.

Comments about Granite Gear Air Space Stuff Sack - 8 x 13:
This is what I consider a really nice food bag for backpacking. Unlike a drawstring-type bag, where you either dig and rummage for your stuff or dump it all out, this style lays flat and zips open the long way across the top, exposing most of the contents for easy access, while the bag sits flat on the ground.
It's easy to pack and unpack, with convenient handles on both ends making for easy bear-hanging at night. It is NOT bear-proof by any means.
The xxs size is ample room for my 2-3 days of food. The xs would be good for longer trips or for someone who tends to overpack on food.
I like mine so much, I've given this bag as a gift to two friends.
