The company refuses to honor their lifetime warranty unless you pay them [$]. In my book, if I buy something that breaks (and this broke quite easily) and it has a lifetime warranty, I expect the company to honor that. I bought them BECAUSE I wanted that warranty.Because of the company's policy to not honor their lifetime warranty, I'd have to say I'd never buy from these guys again. Too dang sleezy for me getting me to buy because of the warranty then not honoring it. I kept my end of the bargain. I paid for them and quite a bit. They got what they wanted from me. Why won’t they honor their side of the deal?

I LOVE these sunglasses. I am very particular about sunglasses because I need a pair that looks stylish enough for everyday wear but can also hold up in outdoor activities. These sunglasses do a great job of keeping out the blinding sunlight but aren't too dark to wear indoors. I love the way they fit perfectly to my face without being too tight or leaving red marks anywhere. I've had my pair for over a year and have no scratches on them yet, and I am hard on sunglasses. The best part about these shades is the lifetime guarantee. When I sat on my sunglasses a few months ago and broke the hinge, I took it right into [...] without my receipt and they looked up my purchase on the their computer and then handed me a brand new pair complete with all of the extra lenses. Can't beat that!!!

I wear these sunglasses everywhere - canoeing, skiing, running, driving, backpacking...
They stay put well without feeling too tight. I have a small head, so these are a little big, but overall the best fitting pair I've found. I've put them through some torture, and they haven't scratched or damaged. My husband has the same glasses and noticed that after using sunscreen and touching the frames and lenses, the coating peeled/rubbed off (although exchanging them for a new pair was no trouble).

I bought a pair of Native eyewear three years ago and that last pair had to be replaced not because of wear and tear but because I lost them in the water. They served me very well for almost two years in various outdoor conditions. This new pair is now one year old and still going strong. The lenses from my old pair can also fit into this one. They are great and by far my favourite sunglasses!

I use these sunglasses for everything. I love the way they hug the face, it helps alleviate the glare of the sun coming through from above. For me that is a huge advantage. The are light weight. They don't slip when you are playing tennis or bike riding. Great when at the pool watching water polo or swimming events.

I wrote a favorable review after my purchase in July of 2008. Now, after six months of use, I find that the lens coating is wearing off.[...]. The sunglasses work very well and are comfortable, but watch out for lens wear, it ain't cheap.

I motorcycle daily and needed sunglasses that would reduce glare and provide wind protection. Colorado sunlight can be harsh and winds can be fierce but these glasses provide good glare and wind protection at any speed.
I also hike and bicycle and spend as much time outdoors as possible. This is where I learned to appreciate the light weight and snug fit of the glasses and they don't slide down my sweaty nose or allow light to come over the top of the frames. The lens clarity seems very good and my eyes don't tire from trying to adjust to lens distortion. Most importantly, my girlfriend says I look good in them.
The 30.00 warranty processing fee strikes me as unreasonable.

I liked these glasses; however, after less than 6 months of use the frame broke at their hinge. Not what I would expect from sunglasses marketed for sportware. Native has very poor customer service. From not providing a telephone number for customers to asking to pay for warranty repairs.

Great value for polarized sunglasses. Would be great if the nose piece would be replaceable.

I put these glasses to the ultimate test every year: the beach ultimate frisbee tournament in Wildwood NJ. Light conditions are harsh so wearing sunglasses is very helpful. Despite bumping defenders, cutting hard, and diving in the sand for discs, these never fall off my face and I don’t even use straps. The reason is that they are the lightest sunglasses out there so they don't have enough weight to pull them off your face. I also love that when I scratch them (I mean who doesn’t drop their sunglasses now and then) I only have to spend [$]on a new set of lenses and its like I just bought a brand new pair of high quality polarized sunglasses which you can not get for [$]
