Comments about Delta Rothko Bike Rack:
It’s like life. If you’re the right guy, you get the girl. If you ride the right bike with the right tires, you get the Rothko. It will accommodate three tire-widths but riders of skinny tires should not apply here. Your bikes will be forced to lean on their spokes while racked; not good. With the side frames in their outermost positions, fatter tires over two inches in inflated width will probably fit. Moving one side frame to the inboard position while leaving the other one alone will let the Rothko take middle-width tires like the Conti Town and Country or the Serfas Drifter. Both frames at the inboard positions will probably handle hybrid-width tires (speculating here). To be sure, bring your bike into the store for a test fit. No need to actually build up the rack to test for this; just hold one of the axle tubes across your inflated tire and eyeball it. If the tire slightly overlaps the designated square holes (into which the side frames bolt), you’re good. If you see significant space between tire and holes, the Rothko may not be right for you. You want the rack to clamp tightly enough on your rear tire such that you have to drop your bike into place. If you can roll it in, the fit may be too loose. The cool-looking arched side frames, which give the Rothko its moderne, puppydog charm, contact the tires at a rather low point, making a tight fit necessary for stability. I ride disc-brake wheels but have encountered no interference with my rotors. I tightened the little wheels on my Rothko to keep the rack from squirting away every time I barely touched it. Also, before parking, shift your rear derailleur away from the spokes a few positions to clear the rack. Then have fun with this neat little guy.

Comments about Delta Rothko Bike Rack:
This would work fine with the perfect bike - unfortunately, I don't have that bike. First issue is tire width - it's not as "adjustable" as it implies. The widest it will fit is a 2.25 tire (my estimate), but nothing bigger. And anything skinner tends to make it very unstable. I tried it first with my 26er mountain bike, and it hit up against my disk brake rotor - not good. Even when precariously balanced in the stand, it was quite unstable. If it doesn't hit the brake rotor, the bike will rest in the stand against the spokes, and I don't think that's good either. The loops aren't "tall" enough to hold onto just the tires. Next, I tried my 29er mountain bike - not even close. The 2.35 front tire was too wide to fit, and even when I wedged it in, the bike itself was simply too big to be anything close to stable in the stand - it wouldn't stay up at all. Returned the product - nice try, but no banana.

Comments about Delta Rothko Bike Rack:
The stand worked (fairly) well with my wife's smaller bike, but with my bike, which is tall, it was too unstable -- my bike fell over three times in the first weekend I used the stand. The two metal pieces that support the bike's tire are flimsy and "give" too much. Also, the stand seems to be made for mountain bikes: the narrowest width is too thin for road or hybrid tires, while the next-narrowest width, which fits MB tires, doesn't offer enough support for thinner tires.

Comments about Delta Rothko Bike Rack:
I bought this to hold up my bike in my new apartment. I tightened the wheels on the rack so they don't move and the rack works perfectly. I have a Kona mtn. bike and the tire fits perfectly in this rack.

Comments about Delta Rothko Bike Rack:
I'm very pleasantly surprised by this stand. It's super elegant, lightweight, and almost invisible. My bike slides in easily and securely, and I can roll the whole thing around easily (bike and stand) using just one hand (on hardwood floors). Getting another one for the office.
