Comments about Minoura Workman Pro Truing Stand:
For a home use truing stand this is a great value. I read several reviews that complained about the quality and inability to anchor this stand to a workbench, but neither of those where an issue for me. I think they may have beefed up the stand because it's heavy enough to easily hold a wheel and tune it without any issues, no problem with it moving or flexing. I like the replaceable wear parts that will make it longer lasting. I wouldn't expect a racer's mechanic to use this, they probably true wheels daily. I'll use it four or five times a month and feel it will easily hold up for that amount of use. Although self-centering, I'd still recommend a dishing tool and spoke tension tool for best results. I'm more than pleased.

Comments about Minoura Workman Pro Truing Stand:
Easier to setup and much easier to use than older design of the Park TS2.
I have used both stands as an amateur wheel builder and the newer design of the Minoura out-performs the TS2 in every way I can think of. Best design I know of currently out there. Also allows you to tru wheel without tire removal. (Only do this if it is slightly out of tru, like with a broke or loose spoke.)

Comments about Minoura Workman Pro Truing Stand:
Tried using this stand - due to the articulated ends of the arms used to secure the wheel, even the slightest lateral touch on the wheel/rim makes the wheel wobble back and forth - if you are used to turning the wheel gently by the spokes while truing (rotating back and forth across a bad spot, etc.) forget about doing this on the stand - the wheel just moves too much. The stand does include a centering gauge (T-gauge) but the one which came with mine wasn't even true! Not worth the trouble in my opinion - I returned it the day after I bought it.
