    This has become a must-have in my backpacking arsenal. I keep this pad wadded up in an outside pocket of my pack so that I always have a comfy place to sit when I stop for a rest. Rocks are no longer cold or hard!

    The other wonderful thing about this pad is that it doubles well as a pillow. I deflate it, fold it in half, screw down the valve and put it inside one of my stuff sacks. Voila!

        I have used this seat several times and have found it to be exceptional. It works as a seat, back rest and pillow. I find that I never use it fully inflated, it works best with a little air squeezed out. Very lightweight and compact. It goes on all my trips.

        THE THERMAREST INFLATABLE SEAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE ANSWER TO ALL MY SEATING CONCERNS IF THERE WOULD BE SOME GROMETS TO PROVIDE THE ABILITY TO SECURE THE SEAT.
