The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Chariot Carriers Hiking CTS Kit:
I purchased this item to complement my CX2, and it works very well. Essentially, you end up being a rickshaw for your kids. It's fun for the kids to be able to see daddy walking around in front of them, and it is especially useful on hikes with hills (you can have one adult manning the hiking kit while the other holds on to the handle bars). It helps with control both uphill and downhill (again, chiefly an advantage with two adults as someone can help muscle the Chariot up the hill and can work the hand brake on our CX2 down the hill).
All that being said, this kit really seems to have a narrow usage. It needs to be a relatively wide and obstacle-free trail to make it worth using the kit(otherwise you'll just end up puncturing your tires) and unless it's particularly hilly your stroller or jogging kit should work just fine. If the trail is a little more level, you're probably looking at a great bike trail, so you would be as likely to use your biking kit.
There are a few national parks and monuments that have improved trails for which this is perfect (since bikes aren't typically allowed). But the very nature of the Chariot chassis makes it unfit for use in the true back-country.
I like this kit, it just seems that the usage is very narrow. It seemed a selling point at the time I purchased my CX2, but now we end up using our child carrier backpack much more for hiking.
Good quality build, well thought-out, good looking product. It's probably just the least-essential kit for your Chariot.
