      I am very sensitive to sun (pale, blonde, better suited to dark caves...), so I wear the white long-sleeve lightweight MTS V-neck alone in hot weather. Works GREAT! Keeps the sun off the skin, is incredibly breathable, and wicks sweat well enough that I am convinced I'm cooler in this than I would be naked! I have high hopes for MTS long underwear as an insulating layer come cold weather too.

      This has got to be one of my favorite shirts. I've been buying a few for the past 5-10 years to use as a base layer or a light summer shirt, and I wear one almost every day. It's form-fitting (and flattering) without being restraining, moves easily, wicks moisture, has sun protection - and actually reaches my wrists, unlike most women's shirts. My work (and play) tends to be dirty, but these shirts keep up with me and don't show wear, or sweat, clean easily in the field, and dry quickly. It's the first shirt I pack on any adventure.

      I could only wish for a wider color selection. Get rid of the white, it stains too easily.

        This is great for cool weather, but light enough for protection from the sun on warmer days too. Some lightweight shirts are so thin you can almost see through them, but not this one. It can be worn by itself, or as a layer. I like it with a fleece vest on cooler days. It also fits well - not too tight, but not boxy either. It stretches well and doesn't seem to chafe, so this would be a good shirt for just about any outdoor sport and it's cute enough to wear with a pair of jeans too. Well worth the money!

          great shirt. cute, good for multiple sports (hike, bike, paddle, under layer, casual wear, whatever!) great for travel, you can rinse it out at night and it will be dry the next morning - it only takes a couple of hours.

                I love these shirts. I have them in both black and white (would love to see other colors), and I wear them ALL the time. I usually use them as a base layer, but, wear them on their own during the summers, especially camping and hiking. The ONLY reason I didn't give these a 5 start rating, is that they are just THAT much too short for my torso. They don't stay tucked in. I'm 5'8" and these hit only just below the waist of mid-rise pants. Would really like to see these longer.

                I wear this shirt (and another one just like it that I bought last year) as a regular hiking shirt. I guess it can be used as a base layer but I haven't tried it that way. I tend to perspire a lot and this shirt is great at wicking. The fit is perfect, better than the same shirt that I bought last year (which was a bit too small through the chest). The only con is it tends to snag easily.
