Specifically designed for runners, these thin socks feature a patented two-layer construction that protect feet from blisters.

  • Interaction between inner and outer layers absorbs friction and shearing forces to prevent blisters
  • Inner layer of moisture-wicking CoolMax® for dry feet and outer layer of CoolMax and mesh weave to maximize moisture control and airflow
  • Inner layer is always smooth and un-dyed, with a hydrophobic surface against the foot
  • Inner layer fabric content: 70% CoolMax polyester, 30% nylon
  • Outer layer fabric content: 72% CoolMax polyester, 24% nylon and 4% Lycra® spandex

          This sock is like a thicker liner sock that you can wear just by itself (in running shoes; would be too thin for hiking boots). I use it for running - feel no friction at all on 5mi run.

              I swear by them. I used four pair for 10 days of hiking in New Mexico, and everyone else had blisters...not me. The thin design works alot better than normal thick wool socks.
