      I loved this shirt but it says that you can machine wash it cold, and I did, and now it is waaay to short for me. It was a great fit before that and I bet if I had kept hand washing it it would have been fine. Change those washing instructions! Silk is great both outdoors under wool, and this shirt can also be worn as an under a white shirt at the office since it has a deep V-neck.

      Love it under T-shirts and sweaters. Very soft and you feel very decadent wearing it.

      It is pricey though.

      I usually wear a M/L top but got a S for this ... shrinks slightly in the wash, so I think I'll got for a M the next time.

      I ordered a large because I was afraid it would shrink, but it has not. I should have ordered a medium, which is what I wear. It is too large and sleeves longer than I need but I still like it. If I need another I will order a medium.
      The extra warmth under my clothes was great at Machu Pacchu, Peru, recently.

      I wear these in winter when I need a little more warmth and to sleep in when the weather is really hot. I've had some for several years, they machine wash great in a lingerie bag in cold water with almost no shrinkage(hang to dry!). They do snag, but they are silk, so that is expected. Much better quality than another major retailer's silk underwear, imho. keeps its soft hand even after years of washings.. I wait for the sales and stock up.
