These little bar ends are great. They are small (I'm 6 feet and wear large/XL gloves) but that means unobtrusive. They are perfectly positioned to make the bars a bit wider when you climb without sticking way out up front. They aren't super comfy, but they aren't meant to be gripped the whole ride either. They could be lighter, but otherwise I'm very happy with them. I got them on sale at REI and given the price I couldn't be much happier with them. My only gripe is that they're a bit narrow (i.e. width could be increased). Length is perfect.
