Comments about Topeak Pocket Master Blaster Pump:
It is a great size to fit in a small bag. I don't have braze-ons, so I typically put this pump in a little tool bag strapped to a rear rack, or put it in a messenger bag.
It can pump road tires to about 100 psi without requiring too much strength.
The combination Schrader/Presta connector is convenient and doesn't leak.
The little mud flap is pretty much useless. You might as well cut it off.
The way the handle locks down is a good concept (all the way in and twist slightly), but it tends to interfere with pumping a complete stroke. It is also difficult to find a comfortable position on the handle to push with power.
Overall, it seems pretty durable, but it gets pretty warm when you pump quickly.

Comments about Topeak Pocket Master Blaster Pump:
Because it's "single action" it requires a lot of pumps to get up to even moderate pressure, but pumping is reasonably easy. For "on the road" emergency use, this is a fine pump to get you back to moderate pressure and get you home. But keep a bigger pump and gauge at home for the majority of your tube work, especially for high pressure tires. And be sure to keep it set up for your valve type; it's hard to change it without resorting to long-nose pliers or similar tool.

Comments about Topeak Pocket Master Blaster Pump:
This pump was super easy to attach under my water bottle cage. I've used it on numerous occasions and frequenly share it with fellow riders. This pump is attached to my bike for all types of rides. When I park my bike at work or the gym, I can quickly unhook it and toss into my backpack. As a recreational rider, I don't think it's necessary to have a dial on your travel pump, but rather spend the extra dollars to purchase a nice homepump with dial. I agree with a previous review that the little muddle flap isn't the best quality, but unless you ride through an extensive amount of mud, it's not a big deal!

Comments about Topeak Pocket Master Blaster Pump:
Despite some of the cons mentioned by other reviewers, I think this pump does a great job of what it's supposed to do. For a small frame pump it inflates tires with minor effort, and that's all supposed to do.

Comments about Topeak Pocket Master Blaster Pump:
Really nice pump for road bikes, pretty quick and easier than most pumps to inflate to high tire pressures.
