      I have been looking for a good recovery drink other than Jamba Juice carrot/orange with protein powder. Recovery is essential and this drink is the proper blend of carbs/protein and it seems to do the trick..no more tired 2 hours after long runs. You need to follow this drink with a high protein meal one hour after your long workout, and I'm not taking it if I am running an hour or less.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      This is good stuff, but like I said it is a little thick and heavy. But the biggest problem is the price. But I do improve much better while on a drink with the 4:1 carb to protien ratio. I'm just not convinced that this one is the best for me.
