Comments about Topeak Speed Master Blaster Pump:

This is a simple review for a simple pump. I like the pump. It works well, is durable, and fits any budget. I've had mine for over a year and use it regularly. It is small, which means it fits well on the down tube between a bottle cage and the frame without getting in the way of my pedal stroke. I don't have a hard time pumping up my road tires (about 100psi, but I don't have a gauge so I don't know exactly), but it takes a while to pump up my 29" mountain bike tires. That's okay, because I'm not expecting a lot of volume when I'm using it in an emergency, and besides, the length of this pump makes it much easier to pump the mountain bike tires than my compact Lezyne pump.

I've used worse pumps and I've used better pumps; the worse pumps were much worse, but the better pumps weren't really much better and start at about twice the price. If you're considering this pump, you should probably get it, and you deffinately won't be disappointed.
