    With the 1/2 finger cycling gloves, my son still developed blisters on his thumbs. These gloves worked great in place of standard cycling gloves for summer riding. They also worked well for canoeing and kayaking.

    i really like these gloves for paddling. the half-finger sleeves allow my fingers to really grip and feel while the neoprene keeps my hand nice and warm. they're easy to put on/take off and they dry fast. the back of the thumb is extra reinforced, which makes the glove very durable, but the stitching on the seam of the extra material can chafe a little bit. nothing a little tape can't take care of. overall, an excellent pair of paddling gloves.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
