Comments about Topeak Hexus 16 Multi-Tool:

Purchased it before immigrating to OZ, use it on both my [and my wife's] road and mountain bikes as the only repair tool, it has more use than most would give it and it is holding up very well. I needed to put a rubber band around it to hold on the tyre levers and the label came off but other than that is has had all the tools needed for basic maintenance on the road, we each cycle about 210 K per week on paved bike trails.

Comments about Topeak Hexus 16 Multi-Tool:

Nice all-in-one tool! Stylish, well finished, and has all needed for offroad adjustments. The two tire levers (i´ve not used yet) seems to be very resistant. I like a lot how each part is designed to bring more than just one function, using little space. Lightweight and durable multitool.

Comments about Topeak Hexus 16 Multi-Tool:

This is one of the few multi-tools out there that has full-size tire levers, and still manages to be fairly compact. I had my doubts about the tire levers' durability, but they are quite good; they are just stiff enough to remove most tires, and flexible enough to resist shattering or breaking. The levers come with four bonuses: a hook on one to attach it to a spoke while in use, a 4mm allen wrench, a schrader-valve deflator, and two notches that are for minor spoke adjustments. It's heavier than some multi-tools out there, but it's possibly the best touring and commuting multi-tool I've seen or used.

As with any multi-tool, it isn't a replacement for shop-quality wrenches and tire levers, but shop tools aren't for use during rides. On my last 2300 mile tour, this and a 8/10mm open wrench were the only tools I brought; your needs might vary, but I was never in want for anything else. Don't lose the 8mm allen attachment, and don't torque the tire levers so hard they snap, and this could be the last multi-tool you'll use.
