Comments about Nicros Warrior Board:
This is a good board but probrably not the best. It was designed to maximize functionality while reducing size. The result is a smal and functional board. Becaus it is smaller than other boards, you are somwhat limited in the amount of excersizes you can do. It is not verry good for practicing hanging on slopers.

Comments about Nicros Warrior Board:
This board has a large array of holds that you can alternate from but when I found myself pumping out on the jugs I felt my wrists digging into the lower part of the hangboard which hurts. I think this is a good hangboard but a bit uncomfortable. And it lacks a good sloper.

Comments about Nicros Warrior Board:
This board is a great training piece. Mount it in a place you walk by frequently and stop for a few pullups during the day. Or strap on your sweatband and short shorts and go for a full on set. This board will help keep your upper body in shape and the junk out of your already ample trunk.

Comments about Nicros Warrior Board:
This board is just OK. Get it if you can get it for a great price, otherwise the Metolius Simulator is the best hang board in my experience. This hang board has bad texture, lacks variety in holds, has no sloper holds, and the crimp holds are not optimal for training. If all your looking for is a basic pull-up type hang board with no crimp training then i guess this would work for you.
