I picked these up after my Thorlo knock-offs (not from REI) started falling apart. Now I'm stocking up on them. I run 3-4 times a week and these socks are my most comfortable pair. I wear my running shoes a size up from my normal shoes and these socks are perfect for filling in some of the extra space and making for a great fit overall. Good wicking.

These socks are well padded but do not wash well. I only used and washed them 2 times. If you do not mind pilling, meaning small pieces of the sock in little balls stuck all over the sock and stains from any dirt that does not wash out, then these socks are for you.

We pay more for specialty socks so I expected them to last thru several washes without looking like sad rags. There are plenty of other hiking and running socks that don't do this.

These socks are great! I often get blisters with every other pair of socks I have used for running until I found these. They fit great, are super comfortable and keep my feet happy when I am out for runs or hikes.
