      I love these bars. LOVE.
      Seriously.
      I feel very deprived if I don't have at least one a day.
      These are actually super good for you; I don't take vitamins because they make me feel sick, they taste nasty, and they typically go over the RDIs and RDAs for that vitamin, a lot of them have other side effects like orange urine and constipation and sometimes they just don't get absorbed at all.
      Enter the luna bar, which (some of them) taste simply awesome (some taste like candy!). It's brimming with essential vitamins and minerals, it's a decent sized snack, still tastes good melted, smooshed, or several months old. (Don't eat it cold though, you'll break a tooth!)
      Nutritional Pluses: 180 calories, 5g fat (2.5 sat), 9g protein, 35% Calcium, 30% Iron, 100% vit B12 (for us vegans)
      Hands down best flavor: Chocolate Peppermint Stick
      Runners Up: Cookies and Cream, Caramel Nut Brownie (I eat these INSTEAD of brownies), and Nuts over Chocolate.
      Nasty: Lemon Zest (one bite, tossed it), S'mores, Chocolate Raspberry, and Berry Almond (I had to choke this one down)

      It's hard to find tasty nutrition bars that are also low in sugar and high in calcuim. Luna is not only made especially for women, but it's high in protein, low in sugar and high in calcuim. It works great for a mid-afternoon energy boost or a breakfast treat. I have recommended this to many other women and have heard great things from everyone who has tried them.

        Very tasty, and comes in multiple flavours which are all very satisfying. I've never eaten a better energy bar! And the fact that the majority of the flavours are vegan makes it easier for vegan athletes to fuel up on the go.

            Luna bars are great, it's a nutrition bar that tastes like a candy bar and goes down easy while in the middle of a long run. I could and mostly do eat one every day.Normally I would give Luna 4 or 5 stars if not for the price at REI.[$]
