Comments about Coghlan's Cutlery Set - Stainless:
This is a nice compact and inexpensive set for light weight camping or in the car or travel use. It is made from polished stainless steel so that it won't rust . It is much more durable than cheap plastic cutlery that break, melt or become dull. The set weighs only 2 oz. compared to 1.7 oz. for much more expensive Titanium cutlery.. These compact utensils measure 5.5 inches in length compared to 7 inches for full size Titanium cutlery. The utensils may be a little too small for big eaters. The spoon is teaspoon size. I would have preferred that the small fork have more pointed tines instead of a squared off stamped finish. The knife has a safe rounded tip instead of a pointed tip and serrated teeth on its edge sharp enough to cut through meat.

Comments about Coghlan's Cutlery Set - Stainless:
a bit heavy compared to the snowpeak titanium II. 2.13oz vs .7oz (no knife, but full sized utensils).
for all the complaints about the shape of the utensils or edge quality of the knife, just take a file or dremel to these to reshape. these are a really good, basic starting point.
i sharpen the tines on the fork & reshaped all the utensils to nest onto each other. file each serration on the knife to give it an aggressive cutting edge.
you can remove about .1oz of material & still keep them useful.

Comments about Coghlan's Cutlery Set - Stainless:
The missus got a pair of these for our car camping. They work just fine but are a tad on the small side for adults. However, they work great for our children! Just the right size for their small hands. Be careful, the knife is still sharp enough to cut. For adults or those looking to keep weight down, I recommend the "Sea To Summit Alpha Utensil Set".

Comments about Coghlan's Cutlery Set - Stainless:
Nice and compact, sturdy stainless steel, the ring holding the three utensils is tough and tight, and all utensils are detachable.
The spoon could be a little deeper in order for it to hold more, and the serrated knife blade could be a little longer.
