    I first used this cleaner in one of the REI bike maintenance clinics and I was impressed at how well it worked and its "green" potential... I bought some that night. Every time I used it though I kept smelling something else too. So I finally looked at the ingredient list and discovered the primary ingredient is mineral spirits. I'm not really sure if the added citrus makes a difference for the degreasing, but I do know you can buy a whole lost more mineral spirits for the price of this little bottle. I'll keep looking for a "greener" option or just buy plain ol' mineral spirits.

      This is degreaser. Not much to say there. It comes in a squeeze bottle. It works well for getting grease and gunk off of any of your bike parts. Smells good enough to eat. If you've got a tough part, this stuff works great to soak the part in and then scrub it after a few minutes. It also works well if you put it on a rag and clean your derailleur without taking anything apart.

        I bought a tool with a reservoir to clean gunked up bike chains [...]. [...] It was easy and very effective. For all you avid cyclist out there, do yourself a favor and give your chain a good cleaning and then lubricate. You'll definitely notice the difference especially if you've never cleaned it before.
