These beans are tasty! They're easy to fix, just add hot water! They also make a great addition to an entree that lacks a lot of veggies. The kids really enjoy them them and that makes them OK with Mom! The pouch makes them easy to fix, clean up, and pack out. Easy, tasty, and adds a little green to a sometimes "mushy" entree!

Green beans are one of the 3 veggies that are worth the extra cost for freeze-dried (sweet corn and green beans being the others). Freeze-dried beans come back to life quickly in minutes where dehydrated ones are often limp and chewy even after a long soaking. A couple Tablespoons of the beans thrown in a meal makes a great addition.
