Comments about Mountain House Granola With Milk and Blueberries - 2 Servings:
On a recent backpacking trip into Dolly Sods Wilderness, I woke up on a cold morning wishing I had a warm breakfast. My boyfriend was sitting on a rock chomping on his granola and blueberries and suggested I use less water than he did. I took it a step further and used HOT water. It made it taste like blueberry oatmeal and it was exactly what I needed to get going that morning. Definitely serve it up hot! My boyfriend tried mine and agreed that hot made it even better. I would suggest using a little less water than he did. Overall, it was a really tasty breakfast!

Comments about Mountain House Granola With Milk and Blueberries - 2 Servings:
I don't drink milk and I don't care for granola much but this is really good. It's just sweet enough with great texture. I like the blueberries and you get one in every bite. I even like the way the milk turns blue and taste like blueberries. I really try not to give out 5 star ratings but have got to give Mt. House credit again. I think this is the perfect breakfast size for 1 person not 2 like the label says. A 7 year shelf life is the best I've seen for pouch type freeze dried food. Great product.

Really good tasting. I love blueberries! The milk is kind of weird, but i guess powdered milk is like that.

Although I'm not a fan of freeze dried foods, this stuff is pretty tasty. Hit the spot when you're not in the mood for trout for breakfast

This is my number one backpacking meal. This is it for people that love blueberries and granola. The quantity in the pack is well enough to satisfy your stomach. My headliner says it all for the flavor of this product. This meal is the fastest way to start your day. Just add water, stir, and Enjoy.

Comments about Mountain House Granola With Milk and Blueberries - 2 Servings:
Lets face it, freeze dried food can leave a lot to be desired. But the MH granola and blueberries definitely makes it worth getting out of the sleeping bag and firing up the stove on a cold morning. To be honest, though, the thought of freeze-dried eggs scared me, so I didn't have many options the first go around. Now, though, this is a staple.
Pro-tip: Don't add the full amount of water and it'll be a little thicker like oatmeal.

I purchased a few of these when I went hiking in the sequoia national forest. They were perfect. I had to fight my buddies over them. We took along some of the other breakfast meals but this was by far the best in terms of flavor and convenience. The skillet meals were lousy. This one - definitely a winner. The taste/texture was fantastic. Yum yum. No need to heat water. No effort or unpacking stoves to prepare. No massive sodium dose. What more do you want?

I used this product for the first time during a trip September '07 to Glacier NP. It was the best meal of the 11 day trip. Since the mornings were very cold we added hot water for a warm breakfast.

Comments about Mountain House Granola With Milk and Blueberries - 2 Servings:
Well It Is a breakfast food and for some that means a sweet crunchy fare. THIS is pretty much what this is. I am not a big fan of sweets, but this is not only edible it is pretty good. I also use it as a mid day snack, a lot easier then trying to do a lunch meal. Give it a shot.

Comments about Mountain House Granola With Milk and Blueberries - 2 Servings:
My husband and I have made Mountain House a staple in our camping gear. Their portions are normally generous, the taste great, and the cleanup, of course, easy. However, the portion size of the granola with blueberries seems small to me. The package is two servings, yet is nowhere near filling for me, and I'm tiny. I took a package to work with me to test it out before camping, and I'm glad I did. My stomach was still growling after I finished the package. I do enjoy the taste, though. For breakfast, I'd pack two of these packages, but one will do for a light mid-day treat.
